	The Esprit du Sud website offers you a fast, easy way to book online. Having chosen your property, check the availability of the dates you wish to book. You can provisionally book a property for 48 hours. You can also place a request for a property that is provisionally booked and we will advise you as soon as possible is if is available.
	• Mas Escala and Pool Villa, St. Quentin La Poterie: Mas Escala with its pool villa can be booked in July and August. Bookings beginning and ending on Saturdays are available. During the winter months just the pool villa is available. Arrival and departure dates are flexible, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Rates for 3, 4 and 5 nights are calculated in the same way as Maison Place Austerlitz. Additional nights over a week are pro-rated, and special discounts are available for long stays. • Maison Place Austerlitz: Booking either apartment is extremely flexible. If you wish to book both the apartments, please complete the booking form for the Duplex Apartment but state in the comments box, that you wish to book the second apartment as well, stating the dates you wish to book it for. We accept bookings from a minimum of three nights, up to several months depending on the season. For short stays the tariff is calculated as follows: 3 nights – 70 % of full weekly tariff 4 nights – 80% of full weekly tariff 5 nights – 90% of full weekly tariff
	We welcome longer stays, of one month or longer, particularly over the winter months. Contact us directly by telephone or email to discuss your requirements. Once you have selected your dates, please fill in the provisional booking form and email it to us. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement of your request. If the property is available, we will then send back a full confirmation along with a complete application form, which gives us full details of your booking. Submit your deposit payment through the secure banking system, or telephone us to arrange payment if you prefer. Any bookings within 8 weeks require full payment at time of booking. No cheques accepted inside 3 weeks of booking. A deposit of Euro 250 is required for the apartment, duplex and pool villa, and Euro 2000 for Mas Escala (including the pool villa). The balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. A further damage deposit caution is required 8 weeks before arrival: Euro 250 for the apartments and the pool villa, and a Euro 1000 damage deposit for Mas Escala (including the pool villa). These cautions are fully refundable after your stay, once a check of the property has been done to assure no damage.
