apricots, cheeses etc , the warmth of stone walls baked by the sunshine – the
south of France is a feast for the soul and the senses. We invite you to
come and have a wonderful holiday in one of our properties and to enjoy
the relaxed French lifestyle – L’Esprit du Sud. We own and manage our properties. We live here year-round so are on hand to deal with your questions and requests in advance of your holiday, and to ensure the smooth running of your holiday when you are here. The properties are owned and maintained by us so that nothing is allowed to fall below the high standards we and you expect. You are paying just for the rental. No letting agents, no tour company – you deal directly with us. Our accommodation is very comfortable and includes everything you need. Fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, powerful showers, large comfortable beds, plenty of everything. Our welcome packs are a combination of practicalities and little luxuries. We ensure there are always the basics – cleaning materials, condiments, toilet rolls; the essentials: tea, coffee, bread, butter, and milk; and extras such as wine, herbes de Provence, and regional lavender soaps. Large fluffy towels and linens are always included. We’ve tried to think of everything that has made our stays in other rental holiday acccommodation that bit more special and included it here. We are a family business that is evolving. We moved here in June 2002 with our three children, dog and cat from Oxfordshire in England. We are establishing a collection of properties in and around Uzès, with the desire to have something for everyone. In Uzès we have a beautiful town house to offer a couple or small family, with a tower to challenge the Duchy’s own in terms of its panoramic vista. For a larger family wanting a villa holiday by a pool, our property in St. Quentin la Poterie is ideal – peaceful, lots of balconies and terraces, and plenty of room to sleep up to 8 comfortably. In 2008, we will be replacing the villa with a stone farmhouse in St. Quentin which will sleep 8/10. Finally, we are a small company so your booking really matters to us. |
